Being a part of the Nocwing team, Troy is able to exercise his technical knowledge and take it to the next level. His mentality is to always give 100%, no matter what. When asked who he was influenced by the most when approaching his work, he said his parents and how they taught him discipline and traits of an excellent work ethic. If Troy ever runs into a problem, he enjoys working with the team and getting the insight he needs to complete the task. When he is not pulling tickets, you will find him grilling out with his friends or pursuing his lifelong dream of becoming a professional soccer player. Maybe one day soon we can read his autobiography, “There and Back Again: The Interesting Adventures of Troy the Boy.”
